Job Description:

  • To lead and supervise the sales team in achieving the assigned sales targets and to increase the market share with regard to the companys products
  • Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Develop and maintain a sales plan that focuses on key accounts and sales stimulus activities including planned site visits, product shows and mailings etc.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
  • Effectively utilize sales resources including applications engineers, channel partners/dealers and service/support representatives including groups sales/support teams
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers
  • Responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management
  • Prepare annual and monthly sales plans as per the budget and prepare sales reports based on plan vs achieved sales volumes

Salary: INR 1,80,000 – 2,50,000 P.A. Negotiable
